SENIOR CS.EXPORT

• Oversee Customer Service for Sea & Air Export
• Manage Booking and provide booking confirmation to customers
• Prepare BL documents, expenses, and billing for customers
• Coordinate with partners, such as trucking companies/shipping agents
• Handle Overseas Nominate and find supporting rates
• Support Sales team
• Contact shipping lines and airlines
• Send PRE-ALERT & D/N to overseas offices
• Follow up on DDU / DDP shipments to check if goods have reached the destination CONSIGNEE

Qualifications: Gender not specified, age 26 years and above Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field At least 2 years of experience in related export work will be given special consideration Ability to solve problems and prepare reports effectively Good English communication skills Ability to work effectively under company policies Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
