Your mission
Reporting to General Management and as a member of the Executive Committee, you will lead the Technical, Security, and IT departments of the establishment.
As technical expertise is provided by an experienced team, your role consists of defining the department's strategy, supporting investments, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, and ensuring hands-on management. Field presence is essential and complements your strategic role.
Your main responsibilities
Strategy & COMEX
Represent the Technical, Security, and IT departments at the Executive Committee. Define the multi-year technical strategy (CAPEX, heritage renovation, energy transition). Participate in investment decisions and development projects.
Management
Supervise, support, and develop an experienced technical team. Organize activities, set objectives, and support skill development. Prepare the transfer of know-how and conduct annual performance reviews.
Maintenance & Heritage
Guarantee the good condition of the building and installations. Lead renovation projects and major works. Ensure the documentary and technical follow-up of the heritage.
Service Providers
Manage maintenance contracts (CVC, SSI, elevators, GTB, etc.). Monitor interventions, control the quality of services, and negotiate contracts. Be the primary contact for technical partners.
Security & IT
Guarantee regulatory compliance (ERP, fire safety, mandatory inspections). Monitor the regulatory certifications of the team. Ensure the continuity of information systems in connection with the DSI and service providers.
Budget & Performance
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the maintenance budget. Manage energy consumption and contribute to environmental initiatives.
Profile sought
You have a successful track record in the technical management of a hotel establishment or a complex ERP.
You master the management of maintenance contracts, project management, and team management.
A good knowledge of the main trades (electricity, CVC, plumbing, finishing works), ERP regulations, and fire safety, as well as professional English, is expected. SSIAP is an asset.
Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your leadership, your field presence, your sense of service, your ability to unite teams, and your ability to work transversally with all departments.
