Your missions and tasks:

Under the general supervision of the Technical & Security Director, and in accordance with IHG regulations and procedures.

• Manages and maintains the IT hardware fleet (servers, user workstations, .).
• Manages and maintains software, systems, and IT networks.
• Manages and maintains the audiovisual system and network (in-room IP TV, bar, station head .).
• Manages and maintains the telephone system (PABX, Tamat, # and administrative phones, DECT, ...).
• Ensures troubleshooting of equipment within his/her field of activity.
• Ensures backups and recordings as defined by standards.
• Provides support to guests in rooms (wifi connection issues, TV).
• Configures system access.
• Applies IHG group recommendations in his/her field.
• Welcomes, assists, and trains users in the use of networks and their applications.
• Writes IT service and emergency procedures for duty staff and technicians.
• Proposes hardware evolution ideas to the DT.
• Ensures follow-up and, if necessary, negotiation of current contracts with the DT.
• Validates invoices concerning his/her field of activity in agreement with the DT.
• Maintains an up-to-date list of equipment present in the establishment as well as a schematic of the installations.
• Performs technological monitoring in the IT field.
• Ensures the proper tidiness of the premises provided (IT room, patching rack, etc.).
