Product Manager Cloud & Security

As a Product Manager at Interconnect, you manage the product portfolio for our Cloud & Security services and are responsible for the entire product life cycle: from development and improvement to innovation. You translate customer needs and market developments into concrete solutions. Together with the other Product Managers, you ensure that our services remain sustainable, reliable, and sovereign. Additionally, product marketing is an important part of your function. In collaboration with our marketing department, you ensure that our products are positioned in the market in the right way.

Your tasks:

• You manage and optimize existing Cloud & Security products throughout the entire product life cycle, including pricing, documentation, and end-of-life.
• You initiate and guide product improvements based on customer feedback, market insights, compliance and security requirements, and technological developments.
• You develop and launch new features or services, with an eye for reliability, sustainability, and Dutch data sovereignty.
• You work intensively with internal teams (engineering, operations, sales, marketing, legal & compliance) and external partners to successfully position and grow products.
• You monitor roadmaps and KPIs (including revenue, margin, adoption, customer satisfaction) and provide input for the long-term strategy of the business unit.

What we ask of you:

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level, preferably in IT, business, technology, or product management.
• You feel at home in a down-to-earth, Brabant business culture where collaboration and having fun are just as important as achieving results.
• You have gained experience in a similar role and have knowledge of the B2B ICT industry. If you have experience with datacenters, this is a major plus, but it can also be within the software or telecom industry.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of product life cycle management, product strategy, agile working methods, and market analyses.
• An analytical, proactive working attitude: you seek improvement, take initiative, and can work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills: you can switch between technical, commercial, and management levels.
• Result-oriented and entrepreneurial: you know how to turn ideas into tangible results.
• Passion for the reliability, sustainability, and sovereignty of IT solutions.
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
