QHSE Technician (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for a QHSE Technician for our client, an exporter of custom thermoforming, to strengthen their teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of their HSE policy.

Within the QHSE department, you will actively contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's HSE policy. Lead problem-solving processes (e.g.: handling NCs, quality clinic). Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality issues / disputes. Support and raise awareness among employees regarding quality, safety, and environmental rules. Build and update process and/or safety risk analyses - Participate in the management of accidents and incidents (investigation, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective measures). Perform internal audits. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Integrated Management System. Support and raise awareness among employees regarding quality, safety, and environmental rules. Manage accidents and incidents (investigation, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective measures). Perform process and/or safety risk analysis and update associated documents. Perform regular internal audits to ensure compliance. Lead problem-solving processes (e.g.: handling Non-Conformities, quality clinic). Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality issues and disputes.

Profile Description:

You have a Bac+3 degree or equivalent, and you have at least 2 years of experience in the industrial sector. You are familiar with the standards in force within the company (ISO 9001, ISO 50001). You are proficient in English. Versatile and endowed with excellent communication skills, you enjoy teamwork. Experience in the automotive field and knowledge of the IATF standard would be a plus.
