Your agency INTERACTION is looking for your profile as a Customer Service Representative (M/F) for its client, a pioneer of the French-style Resort.

Here are some of the tasks involved in your position: Welcoming clients in compliance with the Group's standards Having perfect knowledge of the offers and products sold in the establishment while providing an advisory role to clients Ensuring customer acquisition and loyalty Acting as a guarantor of the center's high-end image by having an excellent sense of detail Organizing reservations while ensuring the optimization of the treatments/cabins/practitioners schedule

-Provide tailor-made assistance to our guests, while respecting LQA Standards

-Be proactive and suggest improvements

-Act as a guarantor of the high-end image of the longevity center by having an excellent sense of detail.
