Procurement Assistant (M/F)

Interaction Saint-Nazaire is looking for, on behalf of its client, a Procurement Manager (M/F). Within a team of 6 people, you will be responsible for the monitoring and management of metallic material supplies for the workshops. You will ensure the placement and follow-up of orders, the updating of lead times in the ERP, as well as supplier follow-ups to guarantee on-time deliveries.

You will also be required to monitor stocks, anticipate potential risks for production, manage delays and logistical non-conformities, participate in exchanges with suppliers, and ensure the monitoring of procurement indicators.

We are looking for a person with a Bac +2 degree in logistics / procurement, with a first experience in procurement, ideally in an industrial environment.

You are rigorous, organized, autonomous, and reactive. You are comfortable with IT tools, notably Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERPs. Your analytical skills and interpersonal ease allow you to communicate effectively with suppliers and manage unforeseen events.

A good level of English, both spoken and written, is expected in order to be able to communicate with foreign suppliers.
