ORDER MANAGER (M/F)

The agency Interaction Châteauroux is looking for an Order Manager (M/F) for its client, specialized in the industrial sector.

Your missions: -Enter, verify, and track customer orders -Ensure order follow-up until invoicing -Communicate with customers regarding order progress -Coordinate exchanges with production, planning, and accounting -Prepare documents necessary for shipments -Manage any transport, after-sales service, or invoicing disputes

Profile sought: -You hold a BTS Commerce International or an equivalent qualification. -You are proficient in English, IT tools, and ideally international trade rules (Incoterms, customs...). -You are organized, rigorous, autonomous, and possess good interpersonal skills.
