Job Offer - Import/Export Operator M/F

We are looking for an Import/Export Operator M/F for one of our clients.

Your missions:

Reporting to the transport/logistics department, you will ensure the management and monitoring of import/export operations, from the handling of files to their successful completion.

Your main missions will be:

• Organize and monitor import/export transport operations;
• Ensure administrative management and file monitoring;
• Coordinate the various stakeholders: clients, carriers, freight forwarders, and partners;
• Monitor shipments and ensure compliance with deadlines;
• Manage any disputes, delays, or incidents;
• Check the documents necessary for international operations;
• Ensure communication with clients and partners, particularly internationally;
• Perform reporting and update monitoring tools.

Profile sought:

Ideally, you have initial experience in transport, logistics, operations, or import/export.

• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

English is imperative:

Proficiency in English is imperative, both written and spoken, in order to be able to communicate with international clients, carriers, and partners.
