Your tasks

About the role and mission You will be part of our Data & IT Strategy team and will work directly with innovation, technology, management, and strategic planning, ensuring the alignment of technology results with Inter's business strategy.

In your day-to-day, you will

• Lead multidisciplinary teams;
• Promote organizational culture;
• Manage budgets, resources, and technology vendors;
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and C-Levels;
• Lead committees and executive meetings with technology, business, finance, and administration leadership;
• Develop, implement, and maintain documents, presentations, plans, and general documentation regarding Data, AI, and Technology strategy;
• Ensure and provide visibility to compliance controls with regulations (SOX, BACEN, CVM);
• Ensure and provide visibility regarding the implementation and compliance of IT governance frameworks (Gartner, COBIT, ITIL, PM, PMO);
• Conduct assessments, conversations, and research for the planning and guaranteed execution of Data, AI, and Technology strategic plans;
• Establish quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies for Data, AI, and Technology indicators;
• Manage agendas, meetings, and encounters with strategic Data, AI, and Technology stakeholders;
• Support the due diligence process for new partners and M&As;
• Supervise strategic programs, projects, KPIs, structure, and the operational model for Data, AI, and Technology;
• Monitor and report the status of technology and data risks to other leadership and stakeholders;
• Maintain a corporate record of strategies, projects, costs, technology and data indicators, and track action plans;
• Implement and administer corporate solutions for managing products, projects, and Data, AI, and Technology indicators;
• Automate management processes, cost controls, and the recording and tracking of Data, AI, and Technology plans and programs;
• Conduct periodic planning reviews;
• Participate in executive committees and Data, AI, and Technology working groups;
• Define KPIs and provide executive reports for the area;
• Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing;
• Implement, manage, and encourage Data, AI, and Technology promotion and PR initiatives;
• Implement artificial intelligence and RPA solutions to optimize plans, controls, and indicators;
• Continuously monitor the effectiveness of controls and plans and implement improvements.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Experience in relationship management with executives and C-Level;
• Fluent English;
• Higher Education (in the areas of Computing, Administration, Engineering, Public Relations);
• Post-graduation (in the areas of Computing, Administration, Engineering, Strategy, Products, Projects, Public Relations);
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel and AI.

Desirable

• Spanish (intermediate or higher);
• Previous experience in CIO Staff;
• Courses and/or training related to strategy, planning, projects, products, AI;
• Certifications related to technology, data, and AI.
