About the role and mission:

You will be part of the Technology for Global Expansion team, serving as the executive leader of Product Platform & Global Expansion, responsible for defining, organizing, and delivering Inter's global product platform — the reference architecture upon which all regions publish their products — and for conducting the expansion strategy to new countries, ensuring the area's results.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Lead and develop distributed software engineering teams, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous growth.

Define and evolve the reference transactional architecture (Product Platform), ensuring that products are published in a standardized, reusable, and scalable manner, from frontend to backend.

Deploy the global expansion strategy into concrete goals and initiatives, enabling entry into new countries with a focus on the legal and regulatory “last mile” of each geography.

Act as a partner to the product leadership of the base geography (US), ensuring that the platform meets their roadmaps as internal customers and supporting the deployment of their strategies.

Manage stakeholders across multiple geographies with clarity and influence, facilitating communication between technical teams, business teams, and partner structures in Brazil.

What we are looking for

Mandatory:

Experience in managing software development teams, including management of managers.

Experience in people development, including feedback, development plans, and performance management.

Experience in the financial market, preferably in transactional products (banking, payments, or investments).

Practical experience with software development and distributed systems architecture.

Experience with internal platforms or reference architectures consumed by multiple product teams.

Fluent English.

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Desirable:

Experience in international expansion of digital products or operating in multi-country environments (distinct legal and regulatory requirements).

Experience in the American market or in regulated institutions outside of Brazil.

Spanish.

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools.
