Your tasks

About the job and mission of the role We are the Global Card Operations area, with the purpose of ensuring perfect functioning and performing all operations related to global cards. Your role will be to generate regulatory reports and ensure financial reconciliation, so that all amounts are properly accounted for.

In your day-to-day, you will

• Map and ensure the execution of financial reconciliations to ensure there are no inconsistencies in the operation.
• Manage the team responsible for the extraction of regulatory reports, ensuring they are delivered on time and with accuracy.
• Manage vendors from a TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) perspective, in order to ensure security, continuity of operation, and proper handling of customer data.
• Identify processes that can be automated within the area to minimize operational work and scale deliveries, using AI tools.
• Perform inclusive and close management of the team, in order to maintain a productive, pleasant, and psychologically safe work environment.
• Participate in periodic regulatory training and ensure that the area's processes are being carried out in accordance with current regulations.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Completed degree in Engineering, Administration, International Relations, Economics, and related fields.
• Previous knowledge of cards and regulatory environments.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Advanced English
