About the job and mission of the role

You will be part of the Global Automation & AI team, leading automation and artificial intelligence initiatives for the areas of Inter's international division. Your mission will be to identify opportunities, prioritize demands, and ensure the delivery of solutions that increase the efficiency, productivity, and scalability of the business.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Lead the Automation & AI team.

Manage the portfolio of projects and initiatives for the area.

Prioritize demands alongside business stakeholders.

Ensure the delivery of automations, integrations, and AI solutions.

Monitor impact and efficiency indicators of the initiatives.

Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams.

Disseminate the use of AI and automation best practices within the organization.

What we are looking for

Mandatory:

Experience in team and project management.

Experience with process automation and/or artificial intelligence.

Knowledge of Python and SQL.

Experience with APIs and integrations between systems.

Experience in process improvement and operational transformation.

Completed higher education in related fields.

Advanced English.

Desirable:

Experience with Generative AI and development of AI agents.

Knowledge of low-code/no-code tools.

Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools.

Experience in high-scale environments or technology companies.

Experience in managing a portfolio of automation and AI projects.

Knowledge of agile methodologies.

Certifications related to AI, data, or project management.
