About the job and mission of the role: You will lead our team of developers and product owners in projects for Inter's Risk directorate, implementing projects aimed at mitigating financial, operational, and money laundering risks, increasing the reliability and security of Inter's internal processes.
In your day-to-day, you will
Coordinate internal project teams and clients to ensure integrity and excellence in project delivery
Carry out the development of team professionals (1-1, feedbacks, individual development plans)
Cultivate and conduct relationships with stakeholders from the Financial Risk, Investment Risk, Operational Risk, and Anti-Money Laundering superintendencies
Master the assigned product area, ensuring deep understanding and representation of business needs
Participate in project definitions and direction
Monitor and improve performance indicators
What we are looking for: Mandatory:
Availability to work in a face-to-face model in Belo Horizonte or Recife
Experience with managing software development teams
Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills
Experience with project management (process mapping, design, development, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement)
Ability to manage stakeholders of various profiles and seniority levels
Ability to manage urgent requests in a fast-paced environment
Completed higher education in Engineering, Administration, or related fields
Artificial Intelligence enthusiast
Familiarity with agile project management and tools such as Jira and Gitlab
Familiarity with data analysis tools/languages
Intermediate English
Desirable:
Advanced English
Post-graduation
Technical knowledge in software development
Knowledge of agentic development tools (e.g., cursor)
