About the job and mission of the role
You will be part of the Global Automation & AI team, working on the development and implementation of automation and artificial intelligence solutions for the areas of Inter's international division. Your mission will be to transform manual processes into scalable solutions, generating efficiency and productivity gains for the business.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Identify opportunities for automation and AI application.
Develop and implement solutions using automation and artificial intelligence tools.
Build integrations between systems and APIs.
Map and optimize operational processes.
Monitor indicators and measure the results of initiatives.
Support business areas in the adoption of new technologies.
Document and evolve the implemented solutions.
What we are looking for
Mandatory:
Experience with process automation, analytics, or artificial intelligence.
Knowledge of Python and SQL.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
Knowledge of Generative AI tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Completed higher education in related areas.
Advanced English.
Desirable:
Experience with the development of AI agents.
Knowledge of automation and workflow tools.
Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and corporate use of LLMs.
Experience in continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
Knowledge of cloud computing and AI services.
Certifications related to AI, data, or automation.
