Your tasks

About the job and mission of the role You will be part of our IT team working in the Investment Funds vertical and will work directly with third-party and internal systems, ensuring availability, compliance, process improvement, and efficiency in operations. Our area serves 3 directorates: Administration, Distribution, and Investment Fund Management. In addition to taking care of the entire Fund investment part of our Super App.

In your day-to-day, you will

• Monitor dashboards, alerts, and the health of APIs, jobs, services, and databases of the Investment Funds systems.
• Investigate degradation and failures (latency, integration, stuck job, SQL Server slowness) and act on the cause, not just the symptom.
• Participate in or lead incident response: diagnosis, mitigation, communication with development, infrastructure, and business, registration, and lessons learned.
• Support or execute deploys, updates, and maintenance in staging and production, with checklists, validation, and rollback plans.
• Analyze processing peaks (funds, settlement, reports), identify bottlenecks, and propose performance and capacity adjustments.
• Handle operational demands of the area (processing, position, integration with custody) and support the development team with logs, traces, and metrics.
• Follow and reinforce access controls, secrets, network, and changes, documenting procedures and runbooks.
• Automate repetitive routines, reduce alert noise, and anticipate risks with observability and continuous improvement.
• Act on on-call duty 1 or 2 times a week, from 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM, during critical market windows and batch processing.
• Work on maintenance and projects for the 3 areas: Administration, Distribution, and Investment Fund Management.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Completed higher education.
• Availability for on-site work.
• Availability for on-call duty 1 or 2 times a week, from 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM.
• Experience with SQL Server in production: queries, performance, routines, and process support.
• Knowledge of AWS focused on operation and troubleshooting of critical environments.
• Experience with observability (metrics, logs, and traces) to monitor environments and investigate incidents.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud in the operation of services in production.
• Knowledge of Git and relational databases to analyze slowness and data failures.
• Experience in incident and change management (tickets, communication, runbooks).
• Intermediate English (reading documentation, logs, and basic communication).
• Hands-on profile in critical operation, with a sense of urgency, calmness during incidents, and ownership until the root cause.

Desirable

• Knowledge of investments and Investment Funds (lifecycle, settlement, custody).
• AWS Certification.
• Experience with Alteryx.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to daily life (including Cursor).
• Experience in critical financial market operations (banks, asset managers, administrators, or custody).
• Experience with legacy system modernization and integrations between systems.
