About the job and mission of the role
You will be responsible for driving automation initiatives within the Operations department, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions, workflow automations, and AI Agents. The Senior Operations Analyst will work closely with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, map processes, and translate business needs into scalable and reliable automations.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Identify automation opportunities in operational workflows and ensure they are translated into effective technological solutions.
Develop, monitor, and improve RPA bots and AI Agents, ensuring high performance, reliability, and data integrity.
Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to ensure automations meet business rules, regulatory standards, and operational requirements.
Develop workflows and solutions with clarity, simplicity, and precision.
Reduce manual activities, operational risks, and rework through robust automation strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of automation projects, managing dependencies and constraints.
Support teams during testing, deployment, and adoption of new automated processes.
Monitor KPIs and automation performance, proactively identifying failures, bottlenecks, or improvement opportunities.
What we are looking for
Mandatory:
Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in operational processes, automation, or continuous improvement.
Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar).
Solid understanding of process mapping, optimization, and automation design.
Experience in building or maintaining RPA bots or rule-based automations.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Analytical skill to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and points of improvement.
Automation Anywhere, Sydle, and Power Automate will be the tools used in daily operations.
Intermediate/advanced Excel.
Advanced/fluent English.
Desirable:
Experience with AI Agents, workflow tools, or orchestration platforms.
Familiarity with LLM-based workflows or API integrations.
Previous experience in fintechs, payment institutions, or financial operations.
SQL or Python.
