About the job and mission of the role

You will be part of Inter's Global Investments team and act as a Product Manager, being responsible for the international investment platform products, from conception to results.

The platform distributes securities (stocks, ETFs, bonds, mutual funds, UCITS ETFs) and banking products (CD and TD), as well as the services and flows surrounding these products. You transform context into a plan, insights, and clear next steps — and lead IT, ops, legal, channel, and partners until delivery!

In your day-to-day, you will:

Define and prioritize the related roadmap of brokerage products (securities, trading, funds, journey, and improvements).

Make and defend product decisions based on market, customer, regulation, operation, and P&L.

Lead brokerage launches and evolutions from discovery to go-live and post-launch.

Lead IT, ops, legal, compliance, tax, growth, CX, data, Brazil channel, and external partners.

Translate market knowledge into product experience for the investor customer.

What we are looking for

Mandatory:

6 to 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in investment products, brokerage, securities platform, or digital wealth.

Market depth: stocks, ETFs, funds, trading, or equivalent, with examples of product decisions made with this repertoire.

Proven ownership of product initiatives until the outcome (launch, improvement, metric).

Ability to lead stakeholders and dependencies in a regulated environment, with international partners.

Advanced English for meetings with international partners.

Availability for 100% in-person work in São Paulo or Belo Horizonte.

Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields, or an equivalent trajectory.

Desirable:

SIE and Series 7, or similar.

Experience with the United States investment market.

Familiarity with UCITS, offshore mutual funds, bonds, and multiple geographies (Brazil, Argentina, US).

Mature use of Jira, Confluence, Figma, and AI tools in the product flow.
