About the job and mission of the role You will be part of the team responsible for Investment projects and initiatives at Inter, acting in the organization, control, and management of deliverables, ensuring that projects are delivered with quality, on time, and with the best possible return for the business and for the customer.
Your mission will be to act with a Product Owner/project management vision, conducting alignments with stakeholders, monitoring phases and deliverables, managing risks, and supporting decision-making based on data — especially from commercial production dashboards and advisor behavior indicators.

In your day-to-day, you will:
Act as a PO / project manager, ensuring the organization of the plan, phases, deliverables, and monitoring of execution.
Conduct alignments with stakeholders (Tecnologia, UX, Jurídico/Compliance, Negócios, and CX), ensuring clarity of priorities, scope, and dependencies.
Map, monitor, and mitigate risks and impediments, proposing alternatives and recording decisions.
Organize and maintain project governance (rituals, status reports, schedule, checkpoints, and communication with areas).
Monitor, adjust, publish, and evaluate indicators and advisor behaviors through commercial production dashboards.
Connect and cross-reference databases to generate visibility on performance, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Support analyses to evaluate the impact, quality, and return of deliveries, guiding prioritization and next steps.
What we are looking for
Mandatory:
Experience (even if initial) with project management and coordination of deliveries across multiple areas.
Ability to act under deadline pressure, with organization and control of priorities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to conduct alignments and negotiations with stakeholders.
Analytical and data-oriented profile, with the ability to transform information into action plans.
Knowledge and use of SQL for queries, understanding of databases, and construction/validation of queries.
Experience with Excel and construction/use of dashboards (at Inter we use Tableau).
Technical English for reading/understanding documentation, databases, queries, and programming (not required for conversation).
Desirable:
Python for analyses and automations.
Familiarity with productivity and assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor) and use of GenAI to accelerate analyses/documentation.
Experience with investment products and journeys (e.g., fundos, previdência, COE) and/or projects in banks.
Notions of a regulated environment (CVM/BCB) and interaction with Jurídico/Compliance in projects.
