About the job and mission of the role
You will be part of Inter's Global Investments team and will act as a Product Analyst, being responsible for the international investment platform products, from conception to results.
The platform distributes securities (stocks, ETFs, bonds, mutual funds, UCITS ETFs) and banking products (CD and TD), as well as the services and flows surrounding these products. You transform context into a plan, insights, and clear next steps — and lead IT, ops, legal, channel, and partners until delivery!
In your day-to-day, you will:
Manage international platform products and projects (launches, improvements, flows, and integrations).
Transform context into objectives, assumptions, risks, owners, dates, and next steps.
Conduct day-to-day operations with IT, ops, CX, legal, compliance, tax, growth, and external partners.
Protect the launch date: anticipate blockers, follow up on dependencies, and escalate risks.
Monitor post-launch and drive improvements that still hinder experience, AUC/AUM, or revenue.
Communicate clearly to leadership: what we know, what is open, and what happens next.
What we are looking for
Mandatory:
3 to 5 years of experience in product or project, with previous contact with the financial world (investments, payment methods, checking accounts, banking, cards, fintech, or equivalent).
Proven ownership: has already taken initiatives through to the outcome, not just to the deliverable.
Practical vocabulary of financial products and the ability to navigate with UX, IT, ops, legal, and compliance.
Autonomy to execute after initial direction, in an environment with many stakeholders and ambiguity.
Advanced English for reading and meetings with partners and US materials.
Availability for 100% in-person work in São Paulo or Belo Horizonte.
Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communication, Computer Science, or related fields — or an equivalent trajectory.
Desirable:
Experience in investments (platform, brokerage, funds, wealth, or equivalent).
SIE and Series 7, or other FINRA certifications.
Familiarity with international products (stocks, ETFs, bonds, mutual funds, UCITS, CD, TD) and with onboarding, custody, execution, or tax flows.
Experience with external vendors/partners.
Mature use of AI tools in the day-to-day of product/project.
