About the job and mission of the role
You will be part of the Global Treasury & Credit Operations team, acting directly in the financial routines of Inter's international products. Your mission will be to ensure operational excellence, strengthen controls, and contribute to the evolution and automation of processes, supporting the company's global growth with efficiency and quality.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Execute and monitor the routines of accounting, control, reconciliation, and financial movement of international products.
Analyze and handle operational discrepancies, ensuring the correct execution of processes.
Map opportunities for improvement and automation, contributing to the continuous evolution of the operation.
Participate in the implementation of new processes, tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
Build analyses and monitor operational indicators to support decision-making.
Work together with the Commercial, Products, Operations, Accounting, and Technology teams in resolving demands and evolving flows.
Contribute to the strengthening of operational controls and risk mitigation.
Support the construction of an increasingly efficient, scalable operation prepared for Inter's global growth.
What we are looking for
Mandatory:
Experience in financial operations, banking operations, financial backoffice, or related areas.
Experience with reconciliation processes, financial controls, accounting, or movement of resources.
Strong analytical capacity and orientation toward problem-solving.
Experience with mapping, improvement, and automation of processes.
Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related areas.
Intermediate/advanced Excel.
Organized profile, with attention to detail and focus on operational quality.
Intermediate or advanced English.
