About the job and mission of the role

You will be part of our International Operations Excellence team and will act cross-functionally with all operational teams of the International Directorate, serving as the link between leadership and operational areas to ensure that the best excellence practices are followed. Here you will manage SOX controls, strategic indicators, and executive reports, in addition to acting as an internal consultant for process standardization and alignment. Our main challenge is to expand the scope of operational excellence — and you will be a key piece in this, supporting everything from the mapping and definition of critical processes to the construction of a solid culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and strategic deployment of goals.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Analyze data and propose improvements in mapped processes using Lean / Kaizen techniques.

Interact with internal areas (audit and internal controls) to ensure that action plans are being executed according to planning.

Create executive reports with the main drivers of the previous month's results that enable an increase in the operational excellence maturity of the teams.

What we are looking for

Mandatory:

Experience with internal audit or internal controls.

Degree in Ciências Contábeis, Administração, or related fields.

Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel.

Advanced English.

Desirable:

Previous knowledge in continuous improvement projects, operational excellence, and Lean.

Previous use of total quality tools for root cause identification in processes.
