About the job and mission of the role
You will be part of the Global Treasury & Credit Operations team, leading the evolution of the financial operations of Inter's international division. Your mission will be to ensure a scalable, efficient, and secure operation, acting in the optimization of processes, automation of routines, and development of the team to support the global expansion of the business.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead and develop the team, promoting a culture of high performance, collaboration, and ownership.
Ensure the execution of accounting, control, reconciliation, and financial movement routines for international products.
Structure and optimize operational processes with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Lead initiatives in automation, artificial intelligence, and operational transformation.
Monitor area indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased productivity.
Act in partnership with the Commercial, Products, Operations, Accounting, and Technology teams to enable projects and improvements.
Ensure governance and process quality, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Support Inter's international expansion through the construction of a robust and scalable operation.
What we are looking for
Mandatory:
Experience in team leadership in Operations, Finance, Treasury, Banking Operations, or Backoffice areas.
Experience in the management and improvement of operational processes, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and controls.
Experience in automation projects, digital transformation, or the implementation of new tools.
Analytical capacity for monitoring indicators and data-driven decision-making.
Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
Intermediate/advanced Excel.
Ability to act in dynamic environments, with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Intermediate or advanced English.
