Your tasks

About the role and mission You will be part of the Global Account Operations team and will coordinate Inter's international onboarding operations. You will ensure quality, controls, and scale in account opening, working with US, Argentina, Brazil, and the upcoming go-lives of the international operation.

In your day-to-day, you will

• Coordinate the onboarding cell and the operational ritual
• Ensure execution of Second Level, Salesforce Onboarding, and monitoring of BR, US, and Argentina flows
• Implement recurring QA, evidence, and SOX onboarding controls
• Monitor volume, SLA, quality, and action plans
• Interact with Product, Tech, Compliance, Antifraude, and AML
• Identify operational gaps and propose automations and process improvements
• Support go-lives and regulatory demands of the international scope

Requirements

Mandatory

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
• Solid experience in operations, onboarding, or KYC (4+ years)
• Experience coordinating people or processes
• Advanced or fluent English
• Analytical profile, detail-oriented, and with a strong sense of ownership

Desirable

• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
• Experience with core banking
• Experience in fintech or a bank with international operations
• Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or similar tools
• Familiarity with SOX, QA, or internal controls in a financial environment
• Intermediate/advanced Spanish
