About the job and mission of the role

You will be part of our Global Account Operations team and act directly in Inter's international account operation. You will structure controls, conduct reconciliations, and support the go-live of new international financial products.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Operate and structure Global Account controls

Execute and analyze financial reconciliations between systems

Support product implementations and go-lives

Manage tax obligations

Interact with external partners

Identify operational gaps and propose automations and process improvements

Support internal audits and regulatory demands within the international scope

What we are looking for

Mandatory:

Degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Computer Science, or related fields

Solid experience in financial operations (3+ years)

Ability to conduct high-complexity financial reconciliations

Advanced English

Analytical profile, detail-oriented, and with a strong sense of ownership

Ease of teamwork and good interdisciplinary relationship skills.

Desirable:

Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools

Knowledge of tax obligations

Experience with core banking (Finxact, Fiserv, or similar)

Experience in a fintech or bank with international operations

Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or similar tools

Familiarity with SOX or internal controls in a financial environment
