About the job and mission of the role:
You will be part of Inter's Corporate Governance area, working on strategic initiatives that support decision-making for senior leadership and the Company's governance bodies. The position combines governance, project management, data analysis, and the preparation of executive materials, with strong interaction with C-Level executives, Boards, committees, and various business areas. Your role will be to contribute to the strengthening of governance practices, the efficiency of decision-making processes, and the execution of strategic projects in Brazil and the United States.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Support the management and operation of the Company's governance bodies, including the Board of Directors and committees.
Plan, organize, and monitor governance meetings, ensuring the quality and timeliness of materials.
Prepare executive presentations and strategic materials for senior leadership.
Develop analyses, dashboards, indicators, and management reports to support decision-making.
Act in the management and monitoring of corporate strategic projects.
Coordinate cross-functional demands with different areas of the Company.
Support initiatives related to corporate governance, corporate structure, and M&A projects.
Identify improvement opportunities and promote efficiency gains in the area's processes.
Use analytical tools and artificial intelligence to generate insights and optimize processes.
What we are looking for
Mandatory:
Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
Experience in project management, corporate governance, strategic consulting, or related areas.
Excellent ability to build executive presentations and materials for senior leadership.
Analytical profile and experience with data processing, analysis, and interpretation.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (and similar tools)
Communication and relationship-building skills with different levels of the organization.
Advanced English.
Desirable:
Experience in companies within the financial segment.
