About the job and mission:

You will be part of Inter's Legal team for Contracts, Non-Financial Digital Products, and IP, acting as a partner in the negotiation, review, and drafting of various strategic contracts, ensuring the mitigation of legal risks and regulatory compliance, as well as contributing to the construction of contractual solutions that enable business and sustain the innovation that drives Inter.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Draft, negotiate, and review various contracts and legal documents, including, but not limited to, service agreements, technology contracts, software licensing and distribution, and other strategic partnerships for the structuring of new businesses, with an approach oriented toward risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and the protection of the institution's interests;

Draft and review international contracts;

Draft legal opinions involving general advisory demands, especially regarding contractual matters, civil law, digital law, and regulatory matters;

Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks in contracting, proposing solutions that balance legal security and business viability;

Ensure contract compliance with applicable legislation and sector regulations;

Conduct and support strategic negotiations with suppliers, partners, and third parties, aligning commercial expectations with legal best practices;

Monitor activities developed by various support areas throughout the contracting flow (procurement, privacy, information security, tax, and the contracting management area);

Operate within a CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platform, contributing to system maintenance, workflow updates, and the automation of new contract templates.

What we are looking for

Mandatory:

Completed Higher Education in Law;

Regular registration with the OAB;

Consistent experience in drafting and reviewing complex contracts, preferably in corporate environments and large-scale institutions;

Knowledge of LGPD and negotiation of data privacy clauses;

Mastery of contractual topics, civil law, digital law, and regulatory law;

Fluent English;

Analytical capacity, critical vision, dynamism, organizational and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;

Collaborative profile, with aptitude for building solid relationships and working in partnership with other areas;

Clear, objective, and consistent communication;

Desirable:

Specialization and/or postgraduate studies in related areas (contracts, digital, and business law).

Familiarity with international contracts and the ability to operate in multi-jurisdictional environments.

Experience or affinity with CLM platforms and initiatives for automation and improvement of legal processes.
