About the job and mission of the role

Ensure cash management and predictability, guaranteeing liquidity, operational efficiency, and support for decision-making through financial analysis, cash flow projections, and control of bank movements.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Monitor daily cash position and bank balances.

Prepare and update short, medium, and long-term cash flow projections.

Perform liquidity and financial availability analyses.

Monitor inflows and outflows of resources, identifying deviations and risks.

Execute and monitor transfers between accounts and financial investments.

Ensure the availability of resources to meet the company's financial obligations.

Perform bank reconciliations and support the regularization of discrepancies.

Prepare management reports and cash indicators to support decision-making.

Act in the relationship with banks for operational and financial dealings.

Support financial and accounting closing processes related to treasury.

Participate in automation, continuous improvement, and optimization projects for cash processes.

Ensure adherence to internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for

Mandatory:

Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Cash Flow, or Liquidity.

Experience in preparing and monitoring cash flow projections (forecast).

Knowledge of bank movements, reconciliations, and balance management.

Knowledge of IA

Knowledge of financial ERP, preferably SAP.

Analytical capacity for interpreting financial data and identifying risks.

Good communication and relationship skills with partner areas.

English for oral and written communication.

Desirable:
