About the job and mission of the role: You will be part of the Fiduciary Administration team (Inter DTVM), acting with a legal-consultative focus on the constitution and maintenance of Structured Investment Funds (with an emphasis on FIDC and Fundos Imobiliários). Your mission will be to enable new products with agility and quality, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustaining the accelerated growth of AuM and area revenue, without compromising fiduciary responsibilities.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Conduct the constitution of Structured Investment Funds managed by Inter DTVM, supporting the legal structuring of new products;
Draft, review, and monitor regulations, addenda, and other documents related to funds (constitution and amendments);
Act in a legal-consultative manner, guiding stakeholders on demands and regulatory/documentary feasibility;
Interact with internal and external managers, as well as consultancies and law firms, ensuring alignment and execution within deadlines;
Support the team (4 people) in an environment of high fiduciary responsibility, contributing to the efficiency of the flow and quality of deliveries.
What we are looking for
Mandatory:
Experience in activities related to funds (legal/consultative, documentation, structuring and/or fiduciary administration);
Experience with Structured Funds (e.g., FIDC) and/or Fundos Imobiliários;
Hands-on profile, with commitment to deadlines and the ability to act in an accelerated growth environment;
Strong teamwork skills and interface with multiple stakeholders;
Intermediate English.
Desirable:
Previous experience in Fiduciary Administrator and/or Fund Manager;
Experience with frequent interlocution with consultancies and law firms on fund topics;
Experience in a financial institution (not mandatory, but can be a differentiator).
