About the vacancy and mission of the role

You will be part of our Data & Insights team and will act directly with the studies and analytical evaluation front of all non-financial products and services of Inter, whether in Brazil or Globally.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Perform construction and metrication of A/B tests;

Conduct analytical projects for data products;

Perform studies that make important discoveries about opportunities and risks in our businesses;

Structure analytical findings in an executive and managerial way for senior leadership.

What we are looking for

Mandatory:

Experience with data querying and manipulation using SQL;

Experience with analytical activities using modeling with Python/R;

Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel;

Advanced storytelling capacity with data;

Professional communication capacity in English (meetings and formulation of managerial materials).

Desirable:

Professional experience in strategic consulting;

Use of work tools based on artificial intelligence (Cursor).
