Operational Manager

Responsibilities:

Streamline daily workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and maximize productivity.

Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments to ensure consistency.

Deploy lean methodologies or continuous improvement strategies to reduce waste and cycle times.

Evaluate operational software and technology solutions to automate manual tasks.

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years' experience in the same role

A minimum of an HND. 

Must reside in Benin City.

Must stay at/close to IHAMA, GRA B/C.

Remuneration: NGN 130,000-150,000 monthly
