Technical Sales Representative to Skåne
Do you want to combine technology, sales, and business development in an independent role with an international market? Olivibra Nordic AB is looking for a driven technical sales representative who wants to develop new business, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to the company's continued growth in the Nordics and Baltics.
Tasks
As a technical sales representative, you will play a central role in working to develop the market and create new business opportunities. Your main focus will be to identify, approach, and win new customers through structured prospecting, research, and active customer contact. At the same time, you will develop relationships with existing customers and help them find the right technical solution based on their operations and application.
Initially, the role is mainly inside sales and is based from your home office. As you become confident in the products and the role, the proportion of customer visits, trade fairs, and travel within Sweden, the rest of the Nordics, and the Baltics will increase. You will work with the company's entire range of electric and pneumatic industrial vibrators, solutions for concrete consolidation, as well as products for material flows and industrial processes.
Your main tasks are to:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and active customer engagement.
- Understand the customer's application and recommend suitable technical solutions together with the organization's technical resources.
- Negotiate, drive, and close deals with both small and large customers.
- Handle orders in SAP and coordinate customer matters with the company's logistics partner and internal support functions.
- Participate in customer visits, trade fairs, and training in Sweden and internationally.
What does Federico Rodriguez, Sales Director and General Manager, say about the company and the role?
"When I started here, I had the opportunity to build up the office in Sweden from the ground up and launch sales in the Nordics and Baltics. Olivibra is today a well-established brand in the Nordics, and the goal is to become the market leader in all our three business areas.
With us, you will become part of a strongly globalized company that is part of an international group, where there are good opportunities for development.
To thrive in the role, a high degree of self-discipline is required, and you need to have the ability and confidence to work from home, which can mean limited contact with colleagues. You enjoy making cold calls and talking to new people, and you do not take a 'no' as an answer."
Your profile
We are looking for you who thrives in a business-oriented role where you can combine customer contact, sales, and technology. You likely have a few years of experience from a B2B environment and are accustomed to creating and developing customer relationships. Perhaps you currently work with technical sales, inside sales, business development, or account management within the industry, or perhaps you have a technical background and have developed a strong commercial interest.
To succeed in the role, we believe you are curious, driving, and find it easy to build trust with customers. You are motivated by finding new business opportunities while also appreciating developing long-term relationships. The role involves great freedom under responsibility, which requires you to be self-reliant, structured, and have the ability to drive your work forward on your own.
We would like to see that you have:
- Experience in B2B sales or other customer-oriented work within industry, technology, or related sectors.
- A technical interest and a willingness to familiarize yourself with customers' processes and applications.
- Experience from, for example, industrial components, OEM, machine builders, process industry, material handling, construction, or concrete-related business is meritorious.
- Good computer skills and preferably experience with CRM or business systems.
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- B-driver's license.
The most important thing, however, is not exactly which industry you come from, but that you have a strong business drive, an interest in technology, and a desire to develop together with us.
You will be based from a home office and work with customers in Sweden, the Nordics, and the Baltics. The role involves business travel and, in the long term, approximately 40–50 overnight stays per year, which requires that you enjoy being on the road. You report directly to Regional Sales Director Nordics.
We offer
At Olivibra Nordic AB, you will get an independent and international sales role with great personal responsibility and good opportunities to influence how the market and customer portfolio develop. You will receive a thorough and individually adapted introduction with product training and close support from the organization in Sweden and Italy.
The company offers an entrepreneurial and customer-oriented environment with freedom under responsibility, the possibility to work from home, and good development opportunities for you who want to grow with the business and, in the long term, take on greater responsibility in the Nordic market.
