Global Forwarding Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to provide information and advise on customs, other concern department's announcements, various laws, privilege and other require to operation, business development and client.

• Able to verify and provide accurate information on HS code and verify required license for import and export shipment and also verify clearance supporting documents before pass to customs process.

• Able to solve customs clearance issues, find the best solution for client's shipment.

• Able to manage vendors and operation to improve service performance.

• Be the person in charge to registration name on company import & export entry.

• Support management team to draft and run company operation plan & business improvement.

• Other tasks assign by supervisor

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any fields. Min. 5 - 8 years experiences as a Customs Specialist with Customs Department or in Logistics, freight forwarding or relevant business. Passed training and have the active customs specialist certificate (customs specialist) issued by the customs department is MUST. Strong knowledge and understanding of customs procedure, rules, regulations and tariffs, and various tax benefits. Good command in reading, writing and speaking in English is required. Good command in computer skill and Google sheet. High responsibilities, strong organizational and hard working Strong in working under pressure. Time management skills and able to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule and commitment. Attention to details, problem Solving skill and good teamwork. Strong interpersonal skill, service-mind, enthusiasm and willing to learn. Have high flexibility to new knowledge and situation.
