Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the SVP of Sales to establish annual sales targets and develop objective and commission-based incentive plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement differentiated sales commission plans aligned with strategic priorities and global rewards guidelines.
  • Establish sales targets and performance objectives for sales professionals across regions and business units.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and true-ups of bookings, revenue, and customer payments, working closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and Regional General Managers.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payouts.
  • Develop and manage Sales Incentive Plans(SIP) aligned with strategic objectives and the global rewards framework.
  • Set customer growth, penetration, and defense targets in collaboration with Business Units and Business Development teams.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and lead the annual SIP true-up, assessing penetration, defense, revenue, bookings, and other performance metrics.
  • Advise the SVP of Sales on incentive strategy, plan effectiveness, and adjustments to improve sales performance and business outcomes.

Requirement:

  • Min Diploma in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or related function.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing sales incentive and commission plans.
  • Strong understanding of sales targets, quotas, bookings, revenue, customer payments, and performance-based compensation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior sales leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global business environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with sales performance, compensation, or financial data.
