Your tasks
We seek an Artificial Intelligence Scientist to research, develop, and optimize AI models and intelligent agents focused on language models, reinforcement learning, automated code generation, and GPU optimization.
- Develop and optimize AI models using supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and synthetic data generation to enhance model accuracy and robustness
- Design AI agents and reasoning frameworks to automate code generation and solve complex problems efficiently
- Build and maintain data pipelines and simulation environments to improve AI model performance and generalization
- Research and implement GPU performance optimization techniques and compiler-assisted AI systems engineering to boost computational efficiency
- Evaluate AI model performance continuously to improve reasoning, execution speed, and resource efficiency
- Contribute to AI research initiatives, technical innovation, and open-source AI projects to advance the field
Requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with AI agents, agentic reasoning, and synthetic data pipelines
- Proficiency in advanced reasoning models, automated code generation, and AI systems optimization
- Knowledge of GPU computing, compiler optimization, and AI infrastructure
- Experience with open-source AI frameworks and model development tools
- Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills
