• Design and develop new processes to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze customer drawings and requirements to optimize product specifications and ensure full compliance.
• Define and refine internal product specifications to meet customer expectations and production capabilities.
• Set up prototype processes, conduct trials, and prepare complete technical documentation.
• Improve process yield and material utilization in alignment with development objectives.
• Evaluate and report process capability (CPK), providing comprehensive data packages for review.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Tool & Die, Metrology, and

Quality Assurance teams to support process development and product improvement initiatives.

• Enhance dimensional accuracy and VMI performance through

automation solutions.

• Maintain and support machine readiness for NPI (New Product Introduction) builds.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, present findings, and prepare

detailed data and reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree up in any engineering feld relates Skills Programming: C, C+, C++, C#, Vision Pro, SPC, Six Sigma. Experience in HDD field preferred, basic understanding of suspensions and relationship to disk drives. Demonstrated proficiency in both written and oral communication (English)
