• Lead and ensure compliance with Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) requirements in accordance with Thai regulations, company policies, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Support daily EHS activities, including safety training, contractor management, work permit reviews, access control, and employee onboarding.
• Manage EHSQ systems, audits, documentation, permits, licenses, and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments (PHA, JSA), investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans, drills, and EHS awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Monitor environmental compliance, hazardous chemical management, waste management, and plant security systems.
• Prepare, analyze, and communicate EHS performance reports and statistics while maintaining data integrity in EHS software systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in public health, environmental management, occupational health and safety, or related field. Experience Minimum 7 years in safety, health, and environment management or related field. Authorized as a Safety Officer from Labor Government Office Specialty chemicals, monomers, polymers, or hazardous chemical operations. Background in plant startup, commissioning, or expansion projects. Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 standards and their implementation. Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems.
