We are looking for an experienced Architect Engineer for the architectural design and layout of our projects. Based on the concept, technical specifications, and the elements of each building, you will develop floor plans, layouts, construction drawings, and simple 3D visualizations, using conventional and digital design tools. The designs must combine aesthetics, functionality, constructability, safety, and compliance with current regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Architect Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in an architectural office, construction projects, or a space study and design company.
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk software for 2D/3D design.
- Very good knowledge of architectural and construction drawings, materials, construction methods, and implementation stages.
- Ability to draft, read, and present floor plans and technical drawings with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Modern and high-level architectural aesthetics.
- Knowledge of 3Dmodelling, studies or experience in 3D/IndustrialDesign, and knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator will be considered additional qualifications.
- Experience in similar projects or familiarity with escaperooms and themed entertainment spaces will be appreciated.
- Very good knowledge of English and excellent use of PC and MS Office.
- Own means of transport for daily commuting to the facilities will be considered an additional qualification.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collection and evaluation of architectural, spatial, construction, and technical elements for escaperooms, minigolf, and other themed spaces.
- Development of layout proposals and preparation of floor plans, layouts, construction drawings, and implementation drawings in CAD.
- Creation of simple 3D models based on approved 2D drawings and adapting them to the requirements of the concept, aesthetics, function, construction, and safety.
- Communication with external partners, such as drywall companies, and collaboration with projectmanagers, contractors, electricians, and technicians for the correct understanding and implementation of the designs.
- Support of implementation, revision of drawings where required, and research of modern architectural, construction, and 3D solutions.
