Oracle HCM Fusion Security Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Security professional with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud security, role management and access governance. Key Responsibilities Configure and manage Oracle HCM Cloud security roles, including Abstract, Job, Duty and Data Roles. Manage Person Security, Payroll Security and LDG security. Handle user access, role provisioning and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) activities. Design and maintain RBAC and least-privilege security models. Manage Oracle Security Console and role hierarchies. Troubleshoot security and access-related issues. Support SIT/UAT, deployment and post-go-live security activities. Conduct access reviews and support audit/SoD requirements. Work with HR, IT and business teams on security requirements. Requirements 8+ years of IT experience with strong Oracle HCM Cloud Security experience. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Security Console and security profiles. Strong knowledge of RBAC, Person Security, Payroll and LDG security. Experience in security operations, access management and incident resolution. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to OCI/Azure/AWS is an advantage.
