B2B Marketing Lead
The Role We’re looking for a commercially minded marketing lead to shape and deliver programmes that generate enterprise demand, build pipeline and strengthen Intellect’s presence across priority markets. You’ll translate business priorities into focused marketing plans and own their execution, bringing together campaigns, events, partner marketing, digital channels, content and prospect lifecycle marketing. Alongside demand generation, you’ll help sharpen how we communicate our solutions, bring offerings to market and improve the effectiveness of our marketing activity. Working closely with sales, product and content marketing, and local commercial teams, you’ll make decisions about where to focus, coordinate the support needed and carry initiatives through from idea to commercial results. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic judgement with execution and building a more effective, repeatable marketing engine. Your Responsibilities Marketing Planning & Commercial Priorities Translate business and market priorities into practical marketing plans, with clear audiences, objectives, budgets and measures of success.
Identify the campaigns, channels and opportunities most likely to generate relevant demand, balancing immediate commercial needs with longer-term market presence.

Bring together email, events, webinars, partner channels, content distribution and selective paid activity to generate qualified demand and commercial opportunities.
Own campaign delivery, including audience targeting, briefs, landing pages, email sequences and launch coordination.
Improve digital discovery and conversion across relevant website journeys, search and campaign channels, working with specialist support where needed.
Events & Partner Marketing Lead the marketing execution of webinars, roundtables, industry conferences and other selected events, from assessing opportunities and shaping the proposition to promotion, delivery and follow-up.
Develop joint marketing programmes with partners, associations and industry communities to extend Intellect’s reach and credibility.
Work with sales to engage relevant prospects before and after events, turning participation into qualified conversations and opportunities.
Evaluate event and partnership performance to guide future activity and investment.

Personally manage audience segmentation, email campaigns and marketing automation workflows to deliver relevant, coordinated communications.
Align with sales on qualification, lead routing, handover and follow-up so marketing engagement translates into timely commercial action.
Use engagement data, funnel performance and sales feedback to improve lead quality and progression.

Strengthen Intellect’s visibility and credibility through consistent messaging and the distribution of thought leadership, customer evidence and expert perspectives.
Marketing Performance & Operations Maintain a clear marketing calendar, reliable campaign tracking and visibility into performance across key programmes.
Assess results through qualified engagement, sales-accepted opportunities, pipeline contribution and conversion, using findings to improve activity and budget allocation.
Work with sales and the relevant CRM or revenue operations owner to strengthen reporting, attribution and shared processes.
Build reusable templates and workflows, using AI and automation thoughtfully to improve execution speed, quality and consistency.
Requirements An experienced B2B marketer. You have personally owned and delivered marketing programmes for business audiences, ideally involving enterprise buyers and considered purchasing decisions. We value demonstrated scope, judgement and results over a particular title.
Able to shape the plan and deliver it. You can turn commercial objectives into clear priorities, choose an appropriate channel mix and carry work through without needing every step prescribed.
A hands-on owner. You’re comfortable moving between planning, campaign setup, copy and briefs, CRM execution and performance analysis, bringing in support where it adds the most value.
Comfortable across marketing disciplines. You bring practical depth in demand generation, events or webinars, and email nurture, with the ability to connect these to messaging, content and digital channels.
Commercially and analytically minded. You understand enterprise sales cycles and can explain how your work generated relevant demand, improved conversion or contributed to pipeline.
Confident with marketing tools. You can build segments, launch email journeys, configure straightforward automation and use CRM and campaign reporting to guide decisions.
A strong communicator and collaborator. You can develop effective copy and briefs, make complex solutions understandable, and align sales, subject-matter experts and external partners around a clear objective.
Resourceful and organised. You make sensible trade-offs, manage budgets and multiple workstreams reliably, and deliver within a lean environment.
Motivated by the mission. You’re excited to help expand access to mental healthcare and build marketing programmes that support meaningful business growth.
