We are looking for a SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Specialist to join a global Sales Enablement project, where they will be responsible for administering, organizing, and optimizing a global SharePoint platform used by commercial teams. We are looking for a person with technical experience, excellent organization, and the ability to collaborate with international teams.

What will you do?

  • Administer and maintain the SharePoint Online platform.
  • Manage sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and information structure.
  • Publish, update, and retire content.
  • Manage the organization, classification, and lifecycle of documents.
  • Implement and monitor Content Governance standards.
  • Improve navigation, search, and user experience.
  • Coordinate with content owners and different stakeholders.
  • Monitor indicators and generate reports.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and participate in Microsoft 365 projects.
  • Support user and content owner training.

You will need to use English actively in:

  • Daily collaboration with global teams
