Staff – Padel Studio

Job Description:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote and explain padel court, racket rental, and other available services.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable rental packages based on their needs.
• Handle rental bookings, payments, and transactions accurately.
• Promote ongoing promotions, packages, and additional products/services.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Support promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the rental area and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Promotion, SPG/SPB, Sales, Customer Service, Front Office, Retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
• Friendly, energetic, confident, and customer-oriented.
• Comfortable approaching customers and explaining products/services.
• Passion or interest in sports, fitness, or lifestyle is an advantage.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the operational schedule.
• Based in Denpasar or nearby areas.
