PART TIME SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

About the Role : Side Court Padel Studio is looking for a creative and proactive Part-Time Social Media Specialist to manage and develop our social media presence. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, creates engaging content, and has a genuine interest in sports, particularly padel. We are looking for someone based in Bali who can help strengthen Side Court’s online presence, engage with the community, and attract more people to the brand through creative and effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain Side Court’s social media accounts.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional materials.
• Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with the brand’s marketing activities and business objectives.
• Capture photo and video content at the venue, including padel activities, events, tournaments, and community gatherings.
• Stay updated on social media trends, popular formats, and relevant content ideas to increase engagement and reach.
• Write engaging captions and develop creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and account growth, and provide regular updates.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and audience inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the team to promote events, special offers, memberships, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all social media platforms.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
• Based in Bali and available to work part-time.
• Familiarity with other relevant social media platforms.
• A good understanding of padel and its community is highly preferred.
• Previous experience managing a padel club, sports venue, or padel-related social media account will be a strong advantage.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and attentive to visual details.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Comfortable capturing content on-site during padel sessions, events, or other brand activities.
