Field Service Technician - Coffee Machines

About the company

We're recruiting a hands-on Field Service Technician to join an established coffee services business supplying premium coffee and drinks equipment to workplaces across the UK.

Join a well-established business with nearly 40 years in the coffee industry and help deliver great coffee and great service to customers every day.

Your tasks

You'll travel between customer sites across Central London and the surrounding areas, installing, servicing and repairing commercial coffee machines, water dispensers and associated equipment.

• Installing, servicing and repairing coffee machines and water dispensers.
• Diagnosing faults and finding practical solutions.
• Providing friendly, professional customer service.
• Managing your daily appointments and service records.
• Working independently while supporting the wider technical team.

Requirements

• Love fixing things and helping people? This could be the role for you!

• A practical, hands-on approach and a natural ability to solve problems.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliability, organisation and confidence working independently.
• Experience in field service, electrical work, plumbing, vending, catering equipment, white goods or similar would be advantageous.

No coffee machine experience? No problem! Full training and ongoing development are available for the right person.
