Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of clients' company secretarial affairs, catering to both listed and non-listed companies, including minute-taking during meetings.
- Conduct customer due diligence for on-boarding and ongoing monitoring.
- Aid in the incorporation of new companies, registration of foreign entities, etc.
- Draft resolutions, meeting minutes, and associated documents.
- Maintain Statutory Registers and Minute Books.
- Prepare and file notifications with ACRA.
- Conduct e-stamping of transfer forms.
- Ensure adherence to statutory reporting requirements stipulated in the Companies Act, Listing Rules, and Code of Corporate Governance 2018.
- Execute any additional secretarial duties and support as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 – 5 years of experience preferred.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Mandarin proficiency essential for communicating with Chinese clients.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Positive work ethic, demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
- Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Fresh graduates or those currently pursuing the CSIS course will be considered.
