What requirements are we looking for?

Required experience:
- 3+ years in administration and configuration of LAN and WLAN networks (Huawei or Cisco).
- 1 to 3 years in supervision, coaching, and leadership of personnel in charge.
- Knowledge and application of ITIL v4 best practices (Incidents, Changes, Problems, and Requests).
Necessary certifications:
- ITIL v4 Fundamentals.
- HCIA or CCNA.
Your main functions:
- Problem management: Create and manage problem tickets supported by trend analysis in monitored elements.
- L2 Support: Supervise level 2 support for Data Center infrastructure (Hyperconvergence in hybrid and private cloud).
- Monitoring: Coordinate monitoring through management tools such as ISPIM, iMaster, DME, and Zabbix.
- Vendors: Follow up on RMA processes with different manufacturers and technology providers.
- Operability: Schedule availability to participate in maintenance windows during non-operational hours.
