Middle Security Supervisor

Your tasks

Objective: Supervise and ensure compliance with Middle Security guidelines through documentary validation, field supervision, and application of current regulations, to prevent risks and guarantee the safe execution of activities.

• Review and validate legal documentation and plant entry requirements for contractors and visitors.
• Supervise construction and service works in the field, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and standards.
• Detect deviations, risks, and areas for improvement in protocols, permits, and risk assessments.
• Provide follow-up and feedback to contractor security supervisors.
• Verify compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment standards, regulations, and guidelines.
• Implement and manage Safety, Health, and Environment programs.
• Participate in and lead root cause analysis related to incidents and project execution.

Requirements

We are looking for a Security Engineer with experience in industrial construction to join our work team.

• 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment regulations.
• Experience in work permits, risk analysis, and contractor supervision.
• Ability for field work and operational follow-up.
• Leadership, effective communication, and a preventive focus.

Technical knowledge

• Safety, Health, and Environment regulations applicable to industrial and construction projects.
• Risk analysis and preparation/review of risk assessments.
• Supervision of high-risk work.
• Knowledge of legal and security documentation for plant entry.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable in industrial safety.
• Safety inspections and field audits.
• Management of safety and compliance indicators.
• Knowledge in the use of personal protective equipment (EPP) and risk control.
• Proficiency in Office suite and preparation of technical documentation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
