Salesforce Business Analyst (Warranty domain)

This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a Warranty context
• Experience with Salesforce Service/CRM
• Knowledge of case management, complaints, and warranty processes
• Knowledge of integrations, data migration, and reporting/KPIs
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence
• Knowledge of SAP (valued)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
• Availability for occasional travel to the client (Porto)
