Responsibilities and duties

• Perform customer service, offering support and guidance to users regarding library services;
• Operate the library management system, managing loans, returns, fine control, and record updates;
• Responsible for the application of exams at the testing center, ensuring efficient processing of data and information;
• Assist in the organization of the collection;
• Collaborate with the team in maintaining an organized and functional environment for study and research.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory:

• Completed High School;
• Basic knowledge of Google Planilhas;
• Fluent English;
• Ability to deal with the public in an attentive and efficient manner;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

• Proactivity and desire to improve processes, service, library organization, and user satisfaction.
