Product Owner | Scrum Master - Mid-level

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Product Owner, also with knowledge as a Scrum Master, to join our software development team in a dynamic project with a large international client. Our mission is to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our global client, and we are looking for a professional who can lead and manage the product vision. Responsibilities and duties
- Define and communicate the product vision and client priorities.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that all tasks are aligned with the strategic objectives of the project.
- Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure that expectations are clear and that deliverables are of high quality.
- Facilitate communication between the client and the development team, ensuring that all parties are aligned.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the client and senior management.
- Work in close collaboration with the project leader to ensure project integration and success.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and ensure that all team members are aligned with the project objectives.
- Promote and maintain agile practices within the team, helping to resolve impediments and improve efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the client and senior management.
- Work in close collaboration with the project leader to ensure project integration and success.
Requirements and qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Desired knowledge in product management with AI and conversational flows.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to solve problems and handle conflicts effectively.
- Degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Engenharia de Software, Ciência da Computação, Administração, or a related field.
- Advanced English for conversation.
